La Estancia is a spacious neoclassical house built in the second decade of the twentieth century in Neptune, Centro Habana. It consists of 1 air-conditioned room and a balcony from which you can see the city and the sea. Walking, just 5 minutes to eat in Chinatown, another 5 minutes to sit on the boardwalk, 10 to admire the restoration of the Historic Center and 15 to visit Vedado, one of the most modern areas of the city. It offers dance and Spanish classes.
